Located on the west end of Pagosa Springs this hotel is the furthest from the Ski Resort. However this hotel is in the newer area of town, near many restaurants and a newer shopping strip and grocery store & fast food restaurants.

It has an indoor pool and offers free wifi access, but does not reach the far ends of the hotel fully. While the hotel is a 2 story building does not have an elevator. The hotel offers at least two suites whiah are two rooms with an open archway between them. The suites have 1 king & 1 TV in the first room, and 1 double bed & 1 queen size sofa sleeper with another TV in the second room. The rooms within the suites are community area, no doors between them. The suites also include a minifridge, and microwave.

After staying at this location 3 times I can say that the management is friendly and always willing to help. They have checked us in early once after a long drive in. Gave us aspirin when someone had altitude sickness late at night, and received a fax for us when we discovered our car insurance card was expired. They have always been more than willing to help us.

A small breakfast is offered, coffee, cereal, milk, oatmeal, tea & hot chocolate. Some times muffins and bagels are available.

I would recommend this location. The only real inconvenience is that it is on the far west end of town.

Pros: Newer developed area, Selection of restaurants nearby.

Cons: Far end of town.
